NEW BUILDS
DDaviesbuilders can take your new build project from conception to completion. Alternatively, if you already have plans in place we can make that plan a reality.

In March 2017, as a result of a recommendation from local tradesmen I asked Mr Dan Davies to give me an estimate for the cost of constructing a concrete base for conservatory, which included alterations to drain covers. Also for some hard landscaping in the garden front and back. I accepted the estimate of cost and the timescale and Mr Davies carried out both jobs in the time agreed. The work was done to a high standard and I would be very happy to employ him again. He is an excellent builder and trustworthy man and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Davies on numerous occasions. The first was in August 2014 when he demolished and rebuilt an old red brick garden pillar.
In 2015, I undertook major works on my 1890 house. Mr Davies was involved in the restoration of the front wall, including liaising with the local quarry to commission and install new window mullions. The front bay window was demolished and re-built. Old guttering was removed and replaced and old pipework updated.

By 2017, I had moved to a property built in 1885. Again Mr Davies has been involved in most areas of restoration and project management, including internal wall demolition, external drain relocation and brickwork repair.

Mr Davies has been and continues to be a skilful and gifted professional. He always knows what work will be needed so his prices are accurate. His time keeping is excellent and all his sub-contractors work in the same professional manner. He is well known and his work is trusted by the local building / planning department which is very helpful when inspections are required. He is extremely clean and tidy and the never leaves until the site is cleared and ready for the next day.
